We advise against pushing anyone’s face into the cake due to the potential risk of serious injury caused by dowel rods, toys, decorations, fruits, or fillings within the cake.

All tiered and tall cakes are supported by food-safe wooden or plastic dowel rods, necessary for stabilizing the cake. Prior to serving, it is essential to remove these dowel rods from the cake.

Our products contain Gluten (Wheat), Egg, Milk, and Soya (in Dark Chocolate, Dark Chocolate & Salted Caramel flavors), as well as Fish Gelatin (in sugar sprinkles). Please note that all our items are baked and prepared in kitchen facilities where Cereals containing Gluten, Egg, Milk, Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, and Soya are handled, and may contain traces of these ingredients. For the freshest quality, all our cakes require hand delivery, as they are freshly baked and delicate. We provide door-to-door delivery service within the Dhaka metropolitan area.

Please note that all our cakes are made to order, and thus we do not facilitate returns. However, in the event that you receive an incorrect product or the products are deemed unsatisfactory, we will provide refunds, credit notes, or a replacement order of equal value. Upon receipt, we kindly advise transferring your cake into the refrigerator as soon as possible. Decorative elements such as cake toppers (if provided separately) should be stored at room temperature.

To ensure maximum flavor and a soft, moist texture, we suggest removing the cake from the refrigerator 60 to 90 minutes in advance (depending on room temperature). If the cake sponge remains firm, it indicates that it has not yet reached normal room temperature, so we recommend leaving it out for a bit longer. For further details, please contact us.
